This year’s Exhibition in Print challenged artists to think about the ways fiber can be emulated, recreated and translated into other qualities and contexts. Kinhouse 2025 Exhibition Catalog curated by Dana Caldera and Kaylan Buteyn. Kinhouse is an annual exhibition featuring work that embodies the spirit of our chosen name. “Kin” referring to a persons sense of connection and “House” referring to a building in which people live, but also a body, a sense of place, an intentional gathering for comfort, coziness, or safe experiences. This show speaks to our collective and individual sense of belonging. It is rich with work reflecting on place, memory, care, legacy and identity. Fiber Friends is a group exhibition bringing together 15 fiber based artists from across the country. Juried by Texas based Cassie Arnold this exhibition shares a range of techniques, concepts, and material explorations in the realm of fiber art. "Fiber work is about connection. Whether in a quilting circle, a knitting club, or a sewing group, this work has evolved from practical necessity to social connection, support, and political activism. What Remains./. is AnnaBrooke Hill Greene's first fiber solo exhibition that will showcase her series of process based works that explore the persistence of feminized aesthetic tropes through material deconstruction. Utilizing second hand domestic textiles such as curtains and pillowcases, Greene reconfigures found materials through actions that connect to care and labor such as washing and combing. Works in the exhibition explore how this transformation can be used to examine the spaces the materials come from and are manufactured for. A public reception will take place on Friday June 20th followed by an artist talk and hands-on fiber workshop that is free and open to the public on June 21st. Read the full press release here.

Pink Silo, a juried exhibition presented by Wavelength Space in collaboration with the Department of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, is a celebration of artistic materials, forms, and color palettes historically associated with femininity—categories often dismissed or undervalued in the fine art world. Drawing inspiration from the term “pink-collar,” which describes professions associated with women that have been historically devalued, Pink Silo highlights and reclaims these elements in art, from fiber and beadwork to pastels and glitter, showcasing both professional and emerging artists side by side.
